Children's and Youth Hospice Stuttgart
In 2020, Piline Engineering and Piline Services jointly decided to introduce the "Donations instead of presents" Christmas campaign. The money that was previously spent on Christmas gifts for customers or partners was donated to the Stuttgart Children's and Youth Hospice this year.

Hospice work only exists in Germany because people are committed to it.
The children's and youth hospice also only exists thanks to the community spirit of numerous donors, without whose support this work would not be possible.
The donation goes towards the care of families of sick children. The care insurance funds only pay for the stay of the children and young people - all services for parents and siblings, families and the social environment, as well as special leisure activities for the seriously ill children and young people, are only possible as long as they are financed by donations. Support through donations helps to provide children and young people with a life-shortening illness and their families with high-quality, warm and relieving care.
"It's not about giving life more days, it's about giving days more life."
Cicely Saunders (founder of the modern hospice movement and palliative care and pioneer of palliative medicine)
